入學申請表

• 所有已繳學費在任何情況下均不設退款（包括因疫情或其他不可抗力因素導致停課）。請家長妥善保留收據作記錄。
  All tuition fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances (including class suspension due to epidemics or other force majeure events). Parents should keep all receipts properly for record purposes.
• 本校所有課程以月費形式計算。無論該月實際上課堂數多寡，學費均須全數繳付。新生如未能於該月開課日前入學，學費將按實際入學日期按比例計算。
  All courses are charged on a monthly fee basis. Tuition for each month must be paid in full regardless of the actual number of lessons held in that month. For new students who join after the course has started in that month, the fee will be pro-rated according to the actual start date.
• 請家長自行參閱學院網站公佈之學校假期表，本校將不另行個別通知。
  Parents should check the school holiday schedule published on the academy’s website by themselves; the academy will not issue individual notifications.
• 課程費用、報名費及其他費用可透過以下方式繳付：現金 / ATM / 銀行轉帳 / 網上信用卡（信用卡付款需支付相關手續費）。本校不接受支票付款。
  Course fees, enrolment fees and other charges can be paid by the following methods: cash / ATM / bank transfer / online credit card (a handling fee applies to credit card payments). The academy does not accept payment by cheque.
• 學生如需轉讀其他課程，須事先獲得本校批准。已繳學費及課程名額不得轉讓予他人。
  Students who wish to transfer to another course must obtain prior approval from the academy. Paid tuition fees and course places are not transferable to other persons.
• 學生須保持穩定出席率。凡報讀固定星期之課堂（例如逢星期五班），該月必須至少出席該星期已排課堂的一半，不得整個月改到其他星期上課或只以補堂形式取代恆常課堂。
  Students must maintain a consistent attendance rate. For classes scheduled on a fixed weekday (for example, every Friday), students must attend at least half of the scheduled classes on that weekday in that month. They may not switch all classes to other weekdays for the entire month or rely solely on make-up classes to replace regular lessons.
• 補堂須於請假日起計六個月內完成，逾期作廢。
  Make-up classes must be taken within six months from the date of absence; any unused make-up classes after this period will be forfeited.
• 學費須於每月25日至30日期間繳交下一個月之學費。逾期超過7天仍未繳費者，將被暫停上課且不作另行通知。本校並保留拒絕該學員繼續就讀之權利。
  Tuition for the following month must be paid between the 25th and 30th of each month. If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days after the due date, the student will be suspended from classes without further notice. The academy reserves the right to refuse continued enrolment of such students.
• 報讀單月課程之學生須繳交相等於半個月學費之按金。按金將於學生正式退學後兩星期內，在辦公時間以現金全數退回。家長須於通知領取日起一個月內領取按金，逾期將視作放棄。報讀3個月或6個月課程之學生則毋須繳交按金。
  Students enrolling in a one-month course must pay a deposit equivalent to half a month’s tuition. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash during office hours within two weeks after the student’s official withdrawal. Parents must collect the deposit within one month from the notification date; overdue deposits will be treated as forfeited. Students enrolling in 3-month or 6-month courses are not required to pay a deposit.
• 學生於每學年（6月至翌年4月）出席率達90%或以上，並通過模擬考試，方可獲推薦參加該年度國際考試。插班生或需額外加堂，以達到所需出席率。
  Students will be recommended to take the international examination of that year only if, within each academic year (from June to April of the following year), they achieve at least 90% attendance and pass the mock examination. Transfer students may be required to attend additional lessons to reach the required attendance rate.
• 如已預繳學費期間出現升班或學費調整，學生須補回差額後方可繼續上課。
  If a student advances to a higher level or if tuition fees are adjusted during a period of prepaid tuition, the student must pay the difference before continuing classes.
• 如遇八號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告，課堂將取消，不設補堂。課堂將於相關警告取消後三小時恢復。詳情請參閱《颱風及暴雨警告學生備忘》。
  When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, classes will be cancelled and no make-up lessons will be arranged. Classes will resume three hours after the relevant warning is cancelled. For details, please refer to the “Student Guidelines for Typhoon and Rainstorm Warnings.”

補課及調堂守則 Make-up Class and Rescheduling Policy:

• 適用對象：補課只適用於現正修讀本學院恆常課程之在學學生，已停學或未繳費者不適用，並須於退學前完成所有補課。
  Eligibility: Make-up class applications are only applicable to students currently enrolled in the academy’s regular courses. Students who have withdrawn or have not paid their tuition are not eligible, and all make-up classes must be completed before withdrawal.
• 補課期限：所有補課須於學費有效期內完成（由請假日起計六個月內），逾期未安排之補課將自動作廢，恕不另行通知或補發。
  Make-up Class Deadline: All make-up classes must be completed within the tuition validity period, that is, within six months from the date of absence. Any unused make-up classes after the deadline will be forfeited automatically without further notice or replacement.
• 補課性質：補課安排旨在協助學生維持正常出席率及學習進度，補課不可視為恆常課堂，亦不可用作抵扣學費或轉讓他人使用。
  Nature of Make-up Classes: Make-up arrangements are intended to help students maintain regular attendance and learning progress. Make-up classes are not regarded as regular classes and cannot be used to offset tuition fees or transferred to others.
• 補課申請程序：學生須於補課前最少24小時透過 WhatsApp、短訊或網上系統提交申請及登記，本學院將於辦公時間內處理及確認申請；如未經預先登記，恕不安排補課（晚上7:00後之訊息將於下一個工作天回覆）。
  Application Procedure: Students must submit and register their make-up class request at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, SMS, or the online system. The academy will process and confirm the request during office hours. No make-up class will be arranged without prior registration. Messages received after 7:00 p.m. will be replied to on the next working day.
• 事假補課安排：學生如因事缺席，須於上課前最少1小時通知本學院，否則將不設補課安排。
  Personal Leave Arrangement: If a student is absent for personal reasons, the academy must be notified at least 1 hour before class; otherwise, no make-up class will be arranged.
• 病假補課安排：學生如因病缺席，須於上課前最少1小時通知本學院，並提交有效醫生證明，方可申請補課。
  Sick Leave Arrangement: If a student is absent due to illness, the academy must be notified at least 1 hour before class, and a valid medical certificate must be submitted before applying for a make-up class.
• 調堂安排：如需於同一星期內調堂，須最少提前3天通知，本學院課堂名額有限，所有申請將以先到先得形式處理。
  Class Rescheduling: If a student wishes to reschedule a class within the same week, at least 3 days’ advance notice is required. Class spaces are limited, and all applications will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 補課確認及更改：補課申請一經確認，學生必須按指定日期及時間出席，本學院恕不接受更改、取消或重新安排。
  Confirmation and Changes: Once a make-up class application is confirmed, the student must attend on the assigned date and time. No changes, cancellations, or rescheduling will be accepted.
• 課程限制：補課只限於原報讀之相同課程內進行，如需安排至其他課程，須經本學院接待處職員批准及安排。
  Course Restriction: Make-up classes are limited to the same course originally enrolled in. If arrangement in another course is required, prior approval and arrangement by the academy reception staff are required.
• 課程變動：如課程因任何原因取消、更改或停辦，本學院保留拒絕補課申請或作出其他安排之權利。
  Course Changes: If a course is cancelled, changed, or discontinued for any reason, the academy reserves the right to reject make-up class applications or make alternative arrangements.
• 滿額安排：如申請之班別已滿，本學院有權拒絕該班補課申請，並視情況安排其他合適時段。
  Full Class Arrangement: If the requested class is full, the academy reserves the right to reject the make-up class request and may arrange another suitable time slot depending on the circumstances.
• 確認機制：所有補課申請須經本學院確認方為有效，網上登記後，本學院將於下一個工作天以電話或訊息回覆確認。
  Confirmation Mechanism: All make-up class requests are only valid after confirmation by the academy. After online registration, the academy will reply by phone or message on the next working day for confirmation.
• 缺席安排：如學生未經事先通知而缺席課堂，將不獲安排補課。
  Absence Without Notice: If a student is absent from class without prior notice, no make-up class will be arranged.
• 最終決定權：本學院就所有補課、調堂及相關安排保留最終決定權。
  Final Decision: The academy reserves the final right of decision on all make-up classes, class rescheduling, and related arrangements.
