Privacy Policy

In this Policy Statement, the term “personal data” has the meaning given to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Little Duck Dance and Arts Academy will fully comply with its responsibilities under the Regulations. Little Duck Dance and Arts Academy will respect the confidentiality of any and all personal data collected and/or stored and/or transmitted and/or used by Little Duck Dance Art Academy at all times and will endeavour to ensure its security.

1. In order to conduct the business of Little Duck Dance and Arts Academy, you may be asked to provide your personal data when you purchase products or use our services at Little Duck Dance and Arts Academy, redeem gifts (if any), submit any comments or feedback to us, and you are asked to verify your identity with us.
2. The personal data requested from you may include your name, date of birth, age, gender, contact telephone number, email address and residential address.
3. Personal data will be collected on a lawful, open and fair basis.

2. Correction by (i) emailing [email protected] or (ii) calling 60346998 Customer Service Hotline.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or permission to correct your personal data. We will comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and endeavour to respond within 30 days.
Reasonable fees may be charged to cover our administrative costs.

Security guard
We take the security of our data very seriously. We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected against unauthorised or accidental access, processing or erasure.

Retention of Personal Data
Unless inconsistent with any applicable law, your personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was originally collected or a directly related purpose.
