This program integrates competitive gymnastics and dance competition techniques, designed to develop children’s overall physical abilities. Guided by professional competitive gymnastics coaches, it starts from basic movements and progressively enhances students’ muscle control, body coordination, flexibility and strength development, effectively boosting physical fitness and self‑confidence.

Class content includes training in various tumbling skills, such as forward rolls, backward rolls, front handsprings and back handsprings. Students with a solid foundation will also have the opportunity to further learn advanced aerial and flipping techniques, challenging higher‑level movements.

More about gymnastics tumbling
Gymnastics tumbling includes movements such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handsprings, aerials, flips and twists, which are performed on the floor without the use of large apparatus.

This type of training starts with basic movements such as forward rolls, backward rolls and handstands, then gradually progresses to cartwheels, front and back handsprings, and front and back aerials and flips, ensuring safety and smooth technical progression.

  • Tumbling training emphasizes flexibility, coordination, posture, and strength, all of which are indispensable foundational skills for stage performances such as modern dance, street dance, cheerleading, and freestyle jump rope.
